📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests, including but not limited to, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
• Interpret and analyze test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic information and support patient care.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols to maintain compliance and standards.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory science.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
• Document and report test results accurately and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical laboratory science, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and other specialized tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality in laboratory practice.
