📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and verify customer data, including personal information, credit history, and financial details.
• Process loan applications, including gathering required documents, verifying information, and preparing applications for approval.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints related to credit operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure efficient and effective credit operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems, such as Core Banking System (CBS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
