📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure store performance meets company targets.,Participate in remote meetings and tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
