📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed and returned in good condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Provide support to the fleet manager in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Assist in the training and development of new drivers and fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
