📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
