This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for driving operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to manage inventory and ensure accuracy of records.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
