Central Quick Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. This is an urgent position to help us enhance our employee development programs. In this role, you will work closely with our HR team and managers to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Identify training needs and design effective training solutions
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with HR and managers to align training programs with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Contribute to the development of our organization's learning and development strategy

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
