Base Gold Dinamis is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Bantul. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us build a strong and diverse team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide candidate recommendations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with HR for documentation.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track the effectiveness of the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational skills to manage recruitment activities and track progress.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
