In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales operations, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales operations and customer service.,Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Contribute to team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record in customer service and sales.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
