📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows industry best practices,Review and provide feedback on technical writing from other team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies,Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to improve efficiency,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and formats (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, etc.),Experience working with software development teams and understanding of technical concepts,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
