📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.,Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Assist in reconciling daily sales reports and ensuring accuracy.,Follow company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and customer service.,Assist in training new employees on cashier procedures and customer service standards.,Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed.
