As an Assistant Manager, Purchasing, you will work closely with the procurement team and other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle sourcing. You will leverage your expertise in procurement software like SAP Ariba and Procurement Master to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the procurement process for vehicle acquisitions, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure reliable supply.
• Analyze procurement data using tools like SAP Ariba and Procurement Master to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth vehicle transportation and storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and negotiations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to the procurement team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on automotive industry preferred.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using procurement software like SAP Ariba and Procurement Master.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in procurement management or supply chain management is a plus.
