📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in supervising daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
• Learn to manage and train bakery staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and customer service.
• Work with our experienced supervisors to develop and implement operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
• Learn to handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Gain experience in budgeting and financial management for the bakery.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or related food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the bakery industry.
