Centre Development Manager

We are seeking a Centre Development Manager to spearhead the expansion and enhancement of our learning centers across Bali. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of education in the island, working with a dynamic team in Private Advertiser.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to open new centers, optimize existing ones, and ensure high-quality standards. You will work closely with local partners, educators, and stakeholders to create impactful learning environments in areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategies for the expansion and enhancement of learning centers across Bali.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for new centers.
• Manage the opening process, including site selection, lease negotiations, and construction oversight.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with local partners, educators, and stakeholders to create engaging learning environments.
• Monitor center performance and implement improvements to enhance student outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in center development, facility management, or a related role in the education sector.
• Proven track record of successfully opening and managing learning centers.
• Strong understanding of educational regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Ability to travel frequently to Bali for site visits and meetings.
