📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Lead and participate in departmental projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
