📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining records and reports.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
