As an E-commerce Supervisor at PT UMAX HUB INDONESIA, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Shopee store. You will work closely with your team to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. With your strategic vision, you will identify opportunities to improve sales and implement data-driven solutions to enhance our online presence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Shopee store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and monitoring.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Implement and optimize marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee’s policies and best practices for e-commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Shopee or similar platforms.
• Proficient in using Shopee Seller Center and other e-commerce tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
