PT Restu Inti is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Semarang. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our company.

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Any other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
