Daily, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from conducting safety inspections to analyzing incident reports and proposing improvements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Analyze incident reports and near-miss incidents to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain HSE documentation, including permits, permits to work (PTW), and incident investigation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Support the implementation of HSE management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on HSE matters.
• Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE project support or a similar role.
• Certification in OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HSE software tools such as SAP, MS Office, and incident reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
