📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.

Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Manage and train store staff to maintain high performance standards.

Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity.

Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure store goals align with company objectives.

Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.

Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
