Cafe Gilang Medical Center is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
