Glow Base Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
