Glow Moon Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing junior accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance department in achieving its objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise junior accountants to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants on accounting procedures and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
