📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external networks to source candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to recruiters and other team members to improve recruitment processes.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external networks.
