📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for employees.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and presentations.,Assess employee training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
