📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
