📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Manage and grow our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to attract and retain followers.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.,Report on key metrics and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
