📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design effective training materials and methods.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training aligns with the company's goals and objectives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them apply their new skills in the workplace.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations within Bali.
