📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day operations including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
• Ensure the highest standards of operational excellence are maintained.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient property maintenance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Knowledge of lease administration and tenant relations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
