📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of distributors, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and distribution, using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize product flow and minimize costs.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast inventory needs and adjust distribution plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to retailers and end consumers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to distributors to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain and distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in FMCG distribution management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, and experience in using these systems for inventory management and distribution planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve distribution efficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
• Certification in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
