📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of field collectors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize bad debts.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline collection processes and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities using our proprietary CRM system.
• Represent Home Credit at external meetings and events, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field collection, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of collection processes, including debt recovery techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of our proprietary CRM system and other relevant collection tools.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
