📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the coordination of logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.
• Implement and monitor supply chain metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and supply chain industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficient in using logistics and supply chain management software such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949.
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management, such as APICS-CSCP or CILT-ILM, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
