📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement reliability programs to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems
• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues affecting equipment reliability
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of reliability programs and procedures
• Train and mentor team members on reliability best practices and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical reliability, maintenance, or a similar role
• Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g., ASQ CRE, SREBP) is a plus
• Proficient in using reliability software such as ReliaSoft, Weibull++, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
