📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding parts availability and technical specifications.
• Manage and maintain inventory using SAP and in-house inventory management systems.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels and sales performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure parts are available and meet customer requirements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts counter or customer service role in the manufacturing or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with technical specifications and parts availability.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
