📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily, monthly, and annual financial activities
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using QuickBooks and Power BI
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
• Oversee tax compliance and filing for the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with QuickBooks and Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
