As a Business Banking Officer at Bank Mandiri Syariah, you'll be the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients. You'll work closely with our team to design and implement tailored financial solutions, from business loans to investment products, ensuring our clients' financial needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.

In this role, you'll use our suite of banking software, including Core Banking System and CRM tools, to manage client interactions and transactions. You'll also leverage your knowledge of Islamic banking principles to provide sharia-compliant financial advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the business banking portfolio by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling products
• Provide financial advice and solutions to SMEs and corporate clients, focusing on Islamic banking principles
• Oversee the processing of loans, deposits, and other financial transactions
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports to ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our business banking products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide our clients with the most relevant financial advice
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with our clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking, preferably in Islamic banking
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and Shariah-compliant financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficient in using banking software and CRM tools
• Familiarity with the banking regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
