In this role, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution channels to promote products, demonstrate features, and negotiate sales. You will leverage your sales expertise and market knowledge to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. This is a full-time position based in East Java, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Visit and maintain relationships with key retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution channels.
• Promote products, demonstrate features, and negotiate sales to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market expansion.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the sales team and management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network with potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
